JMM leader Hemant Soren will take oath as the ninth Chief Minister of the State tomorrow morning. On Thursday, the Union Cabinet recommended lifting of President’s Rule in Jharkhand. President’s rule was imposed in the state on Jan 18 following the fall of the Bharatiya Janata Party-led Arjun Munda government after the JMM withdrew from the ruling coalition.
